Sorry for being without photos and updates for so long but last days were very short due extreme paper work load and long flights. I am back in the afternoon with Himalaya to Seychelles photos and some news. Cheers.

Matevž, ob tem lepem pristanku bi se rad zahvalil vam in vaÅ¡i ekipi, ker ste mi omogoÄili spremljati vaÅ¡ podvig in z vami spoznavati naÅ¡ prelepi planet. Spremljanje vaÅ¡ega poleta me je kar malo zasvojilo, žena pravi, da sem obseden.

Hi Matevz and GLWF Team, Safe landing. Congratulations on another long and demanding flight well accomplished. We should not forget that this leg too represents a unique achievement. I am sure very few would be able to accomplish this, but Matevz does, You must have an incredible stamina! A pity that Madagascar has not been included in your trip. This big island state is seeing its unique ecosystem being destroyed by scrupulous speculators plundering its national parks and destroying the environment as they escalate minerals from open mines, while the desperately poor population is left ever more destitute.. Be it as it may I trust you will ensure to have a good rest and proper food on the Seychelles before you fly on. Once again congratulations. Greetings from Copenhagen .......

Na nasem koncu sveta, smo zaceli spremljati na zacetku ta prelet preko Indijskega oceana, potem smo se lepo naspali in sedaj, ob zajtrku in kavici spremljamo zadnje minute preleta. Najprej CESTITKE za Everest in seveda za ta zadnji podvig Matevz; Bravo, Bravo in se tako naprej.

Ko smo prejÅ¡nji teden prestavili uro na poletni Äas, je ta enourna sprememba marsikomu izmed nas kar malo poruÅ¡ila uteÄen bioritem. Ob tem se spomnim na Matevža, kako on skoraj dnevno doživlja spremembe Äasovnih pasov, spremembe klimatskih obmoÄij in spremembe letnih Äasov. Tu so seveda Å¡e razliÄna kulturna okolja, s katerimi mora komunicirati. Ob vsem tem mora seveda Å¡e leteti. Matevž, sreÄno in vse dobro Å¡e naprej!

Matevž in ekipa GLWF: Nekaj Äasa se nisem oglaÅ¡al na forum, saj sem tudi sam malo frÄal po svetu - komercialna aviacija. Sem pa spremljal dogajanje in ne morem si kaj, da ne izrazim obÄudovanja nad dosežki. Å e posebej ker se mnogo za projekt pomembnih stvari dogaja v ozadju in zanje sploh ne vemo. Matevž je vsekakor izjemen mož, ki združuje za tak podvig vse potrebne lastnosti. Ima pa tudi ekipo, ki ne bi mogla biti boljÅ¡a. Zato vse gladko poteka in so vsi mejniki projekta doseženi kot v kakÅ¡nem Holywoodskem filmu s kakÅ¡nim "nujno potrebnim" zapletom vmes, da sluÄajno ne postane dolgÄas. Medtem ko letiÅ¡ proti SejÅ¡elom ti želim, da gre Å¡e naprej tako. In Å¡e to: majÄke GLWF so super!
